Rainbow Six Siege: White Noise New Gameplay And Tips Revealed By Ubisoft (VIDEO)

Year 2 season four is on its way and Ubisoft has been slowly delivering details to fans as the approach for Rainbow Six Siege White Noise gets ever closer. Past peeks at the new features have revealed new operators, maps and more. The content was released to servers November 20th and in preparation, the developer gave fans a look at what’s coming to the game.

Rainbow Six Siege White Noise will have players landing in South Korea with Operators Dokkaebi, Zofia, and Vigil bringing new gadgets to test out. The video features gameplay and tips to help players dive into the new map dubbed “Tower”. Needless to say, the infamous hacker is overpowered and troublesome.

Rainbow Six Siege White Noise shows off the new features coming from all the Operatives. Each one has a unique ability that gives them an edge in battle, and some are more frustrating than they are deadly. New characters and features aren’t all coming with the game and the developers set the tone for what to expect when they get to play:

At the break of dawn, the city awakens in a haze of untold dreams and routines to follow. Cars flow through the grid, halting now and then at the mercy of traffic. Soft morning light reflects off the windows on modern buildings, all designed to expectation and made tall by collective ambition. Snowflakes flutter down on the bustling metropolis. It’s business as usual until day turns into night when the streets take on their second identity and neon colors emerge from stacked billboard ads. A helicopter surveys the area, free from the restraints of the grid, rising above office buildings of tech giants. It finds the highest helipad on the tallest tower. Somewhere inside the tower, a breaching charge detonates.

Descend on Mok Myeok, a staggering communications and observation tower in Seoul, South Korea. The tower brushes the clouds and overlooks the entire cityscape, a marvel of futuristic construction. Inside, traditional Korean architecture meets contemporary style: Tea rooms and lounges furnished in wood and homespun motifs, and bright and sleek modern offices. Art Director Gregory Fromenteau explained, ‘We are always looking to have contrast in the maps. Modern and old school, the duality of styles.’”

Overall, the new additions are promising to up the action and fun for players. With new gear, characters, and a map there is sure to be a lot for players to dig into. White Noise is live to play on test servers now and will launch in all of its glory next week for Xbox One, PC, and PlayStation 4.
