An Inside Look At Prey’s Talos – Explore The Space Station With The Newest Immersive Trailer (VIDEO)

The sci-fi horror game Prey from Arkane Studios is less than a week away from releasing, and soon gamers everywhere can battle blood thirsty aliens and be the banana or toilet paper roll they were always meant to be. But you should probably stick to killing aliens, they are trying to kill you first. In order to keep the hype going, Bethesda has recently released a new trailer for Prey. This video is titled “A Guided Tour of Talos I”, which is exactly what it sounds like: a tour. This will be the general setting for the upcoming game and gives players a chance to see the protagonist, Morgan Yu, settle in to a place that is anything but settled. Take a look at the video below to check out Prey’s Talos:

Looking at the trailer posted, there is much to be wary of with the upcoming title. Aliens aren’t the only threat to Yu’s safety. The entire station of Talos is in a state of hazardly ruin making it a running maze of death and destruction. From zero gravity, to hungry streams of fire – Yu has their work cut out for them in their fight for survival. Not only that, but as previous trailers have shown us – some of these aliens can transform themselves into basically anything, so be careful what you touch. That chair your sitting on? Yeah, it might actually be wanting to kill you. Just a heads up.

If the latest trailer wasn’t enough to excite future players, Bethesda is also currently running a contest with a ton of cool prizes. Among them is a trip to Space Camp – sans transforming aliens, of course. If you don’t win, it’s not a total loss – participants get a free psych eval with a nifty ID tag as a member of the TALOS and where you would have been stationed onboard. Other prizes include a 4K 65′ TV, a Prey-themed console of the winner’s choice, and more.

Prey, and Prey’s Talos, will be available come April 27th for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4. Will you be stepping into the shoes of Morgan Yu, the protagonist who lost all memory of who “Yu” even is? What do you think about the comparisons Prey is receiving to the BioShock franchise?
