My Little Pony Invades Magic: The Gathering For Charity

Whether you’re prancing to the theme of My Little Pony’s catchy theme song or busy participating in Magic: The Gathering tournaments, fans of both fandoms need not pick a side! Invading the MTG universe, My Little Pony characters will have their own place among champions as limited edition trading cards. What makes this collaboration between Hasbro and Wizards of the Coast magical? It’s all for Extra Life!

For those that don’t know, Extra Life is an organization dedicated to raising funds and support for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals through the power of gaming! So, if you’re in the mood to give and don’t mind stacking onto that collection, you might want to pick up a set for yourself. Featuring every single My Little Pony character, the likes of Princess Twilight Sparkle and Nightmare Moon are ready to gallop into your deck. Check out these fabulous, silver-bordered beauties below:

The Ponies: The Galloping card set for Magic: The Gathering will be available for a limited time from October 22nd to November 5th. Going live on HasbroPulse.com, this limited edition bundle will only be available from October 22nd to November 5th for $50 a set. Sixty percent of the proceeds from each charitable purchase will be donated directly to Seattle Children’s Hospital via Extra Life. In other words, thirty of the fifty dollars spent will go to a great cause.

Not enough My Little Pony? Hasbro, Wizards of the Coast, and Ultra PRO have you covered. In addition to The Ponies: The Galloping collector’s set, the collaboration offers 24 inch by 13.5 inch playmats, logo sleeves, and they’ll be auctioning uncut sheets as well.
