Mortal Kombat 11 Reveals Kitana In New Gameplay Trailer (VIDEO)

NetherRealm Studios’ penchant for reveals knows no bounds, having officially revealed a full game’s worth of fighters for Mortal Kombat 11 over the last few weeks. This generous roster feature is part of the developer’s weekly Kombat Kast livestream where spiffy gameplay reveals are almost always a regular occurrence. The latest episode was no different, having finally shown off new gameplay for the recently confirmed fighter Kitana.

Seen below, the series long-featured royal blue ninja can be seen unleashing a flurry of furious attacks via her signature fan-bladed weaponry. Of course, she doesn’t exactly need these to deliver the pain to D’Vorah, as Kitana also packs quite the agile moveset with kombos seemingly coming as second nature. We also get a pretty cool showcase of Kitana’s Fatality, which utilizes her fan blades in a pretty creative way. Check it all out below.

Save for a mystery fighter or two, that nearly every roster member for has been showcased for Mortal Kombat 11. This leaves seemingly little for NetherRealm to surprise garners with, especially with only a handful of days until launch. However, it’s likely that more is on the way, as NetherRealm are known for pulling surprise reveals from up their sleeve.

Mortal Kombat 11 releases for Nintendo Switch, PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on April 23rd.
