Players’ Lost Injustice 2 Gear Will be Restored in Upcoming Update
Last week, Injustice 2 experienced a major issue when players’ hard-earned Gear suddenly disappeared from their inventory. The cause was attributed to a faulty update, which developer NetherRealm Studios has since replaced and patched. With the problem stopped, the only remaining issue lies with getting fans’ Injustice 2 Gear back. Now, according to a new community forum message, NetherRealm has come up with a solution to do just that.
Over the next few hours we’ll be rolling out a fix to return lost Gear to our affected users. You’ll need to reboot your console to get the update. Keep in mind it may take some time for your Gear to sync. Thank you for your patience!”
The quick and definitive answer by NetherRealm will undoubtedly please fans who felt the problem may have been irreversible. While shaders and character customization aren’t that big of a deal to some, others would have lost significant hours of playtime and recently purchased Legendary Gear. Luckily for everyone, the unfortunate situation worked out for the better and now players can freely earn their Injustice 2 Gear in peace. Injustice 2 is now available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
