Square Enix has made Life is Strange fans even happier with their confirmation of the Before the Storm physical release coming soon. To top it off the publisher is also offering a vinyl edition that includes plenty of official collectibles and extras for the game to those willing to pick it up. The company has announced three versions of the Deck Nine title and prequel to the original Life is Strange by DONTNOD.

According to the announcement the Before the Storm physical release will have a Standard Edition, Limited Edition, and the Square Enix Vinyl Edition. Fans only interested in having a copy of the game are free to pick it up for $39.99 upon release. Those looking for a little extra for the same price, the Limited Edition also comes with the official soundtrack and art book. The Vinyl Edition has plenty of extras that fans can check out below:

The Before the Storm physical release comes with a few warnings for fans who decide to go with the PC version and/or the Vinyl Edition. Namely that the PC version will not come with a physical disk, but rather a digital download code for the game. The company also warns that this is a “soft bundle”, meaning the vinyl set will be bundled separately from the game and goodies.

Regardless, it sounds like a pretty sweet deal fans looking to expand their LiS collection, or those who managed to wait patiently for the physical release to play the game. Fans can expect the Before the Storm physical release on March 6th, 2018 with the Vinyl Edition coming to $69.99. Those not interested in a physical copy will be pleased to know that the bonus episode will release on the same date for one last game as Max Caulfield.
