minecraft hogwarts harry potter feat

Minecraft players are getting a magical Harry Potter experience. Thanks to a modding group that calls themselves the Floo Network, Hogwart School of Witchcraft and Wizardry is coming soon. Bringing with it quests, characters, and cast spells. It’s clear that a great deal of time was dedicated toward bringing an enchanted experience for all Minecraft players. To catch a sneak peek at what this map has to offer, check out the trailer below:

Players can explore Diagon Alley, cast spells, explore iconic locations and rooms within Hogwarts, and much more. The team behind this map started off creating a number of iconic locations within the Harry Potter universe, a project they started couple years back. Since then, they’ve gained waves of attention as they continued expanding J.K. Rowling’s imaginative world within Minecraft.

“A little more than two years ago we released a recreation of a number of the locations from the Harry Potter Universe,” reads the Floo Network’s Patreon page. “Since then, we have been working on expanding and improving that map, creating a Harry Potter-themed RPG map in Vanilla Minecraft. We are a very small team consisting primarily of poor students who have spent and continue to spend countless hours making this map.”

The Floo Network plans on launching the Minecraft School of Witchcraft and Wizardry by January’s end. It’s a completely free experience for all to enjoy. For those considering donating money to the people behind this project and their efforts, their Patreon page can be found right here.
