Card games aren’t necessarily underrated in the video games industry but they’re certainly not as highly talked about as shooters or RPGs such as Valorant, Call of Duty: Warzone, or The Last of Us Part 2! While CD Projekt Red is hard at working bringing Cyberpunk 2077 to life, their team wants to make sure their GWENT community wasn’t left on the back burner! Announcing the latest expansion, Master Mirror is set to release later this month! Check out the haunting trailer below:

On June 30th, GWENT: Master Mirror will add to the mix 70 new cards inspired by Gaunter O’Dimm – the one and only. Heading to PC, iOS, and Android, the expansion will include a new legendary, faction-specific ones, and 11 neutrals. It will also introduce new statuses and abilities to add some interesting tricks to the game.

On top of that, there are a handful of pre-order items available for purchase in-game right now. With your fate in his hands, Gaunter shows his captive audience just how powerful he is. Despite working in the shadows, his influence set off a chain of events that no one could have foretold. What’s more terrifying? It only took a whisper.

“He’s always been there, quietly pulling at fate’s strings, his evil touch creeping its way into key events in the Continent’s history,” CD Projekt Red explained. “From the Empire of Nilfgaard, to the Northern Realms, to the isles of Skellige and beyond, his influence knows no bounds. You may be tempted to try to defy the diabolical trickster, but in the end all will play by his rules and all will bend to his will. He is Master Mirror, and it is he who decides how the story plays out.”
