It’s not all fun and games as Green Man Gaming deals with a slew of backlogged complaints regarding their download keys for Titanfall 2 and Battlefield 1. Reddit users have raised complaints on the broken keys post purchase and some have even exclaimed that preordered keys failed to show up at all.

Webox and Redbulljunkie00 are two such Reddit users who have been the most vocal about the issue at hand. Webox stated that he purchased two keys for Battlefield 1, and out of those two keys, only one of them worked. Conversely, Redbulljunkie00 purchased Titanfall 2 and expected to receive his key 3 days prior. His experience has been particularly negative as he states he will no longer purchase from Green Man Gaming due to the lack of contact from the company on his inquiry.

In response to the complaints, Green Man Gaming has finally made comment about the issue:

Over the last few days, the demand for Battlefield 1 and Titanfall 2 on the Green Man Gaming store has been unprecedented. Our mission is to put the customer first and offer gamers a wide range of products at great prices. Our customer service team take pride in looking after our customers and we’d like to sincerely apologise to all those customers who we’ve been slow to respond to. We have put on extra customer service staff and are dedicated to making sure all our customer queries are responded to as soon as possible.  We recognise that it can be frustrating for some of our pre-order customers who were not able to play their games immediately but, we’re working through our tickets as fast as we can to ensure we help all our customers with their queries. ~The Green Man Gaming Team

With this response, customers hope to finally have an answer to their problem. There isn’t a set time period on when to expect these fixes to roll out, so if you’re one of the unfortunate customers facing this issue, you might be in for the long haul on a resolution.
