Despite the expectation that new Final Fantasy VII Remake info would appear towards the end of the night, Square Enix surprised all in attendance at E3 by kicking off its presentation with tons of new details and footage of the game. This footage included our very first look at Tifa, along with tons of battle details shown off by the publisher with a mock boss battle against Guard Scorpion. Once the footage had wrapped, Square Enix announced the pre-order details for the Final Fantasy VII Remake, as well as revealing the special ‘1st Class’ and Deluxe Editions of the game.

So, why’s the price so high? The 1st Class Edition comes with Play Arts Kai figures of both Cloud Strife and his Hardy Daytona. “From Cloud’s stoic facial expression to his hairstyle, the details on all of the accessories adorning his outfit are meticulously sculpted and painted for an unmatched level of quality,” the description reads. he Hardy Daytona is portrayed realistically, from its unique form and sleek lines to the quad exhaust pipes and bifurcated rubber back wheel. Cloud can fit in any action pose seen in-game on or off the motorcycle with the included hands and unparalleled PLAY ARTS KAI articulation!
