Fans of the decades-spanning Final Fantasy series were excited to hear that Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia was getting a worldwide release for Android and iOS devices. Originally a Japan-only game that launched on February 1, 2017, Opera Omnia is a spin-off of the Dissida Final Fantasy series, and features tons of lovable heroes and villains from the expansive Final Fantasy games.

Though the announcement of the worldwide release came a few weeks ago no release date was mentioned. That said, it was assumed that the mobile game would have a release date close to that of the PlayStation 4 exclusive Dissidia Final Fantasy NT. Now, in a recent Twitter post on the official Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia account, the release date for the mobile game has been revealed as January 30th, just a few short days away.

Dissidia Final Fantasy Opera Omnia blends classic turn-based combat with Dissidia Final Fantasy mechanics, making it an excellent choice for the mobile games platform. With tons of cute almost chibi-like characters the title is absolutely loaded with nostalgia in the form of crossovers, moreso than even what the main Dissidia Final Fantasy games have to offer.
