Fallout 76 Trailer Remade With Theme Song From ‘The Office’ (VIDEO)

Fallout 76 - The Office

Ever since the Fallout 76 teaser was released, gamers have had a certain song stuck in their heads. Humming John Denver’s “Take Me Home, Country Roads” every chance we get, and even belting it out at times, it’s hard to nuke the earworm out. However, another musical number that some fans have been hearing has been the theme song from The Office.

The Fallout 76 trailer that was shown during this year’s E3, before jumping into the cover of Country Roads, features a bit of piano that led some fans to think of The Office. Honestly, it kind of (absolutely) works. YouTuber Uhh Mitch uploaded their version of the trailer recently, which can be seen below:

As can be seen in the video above, the beginning of the Fallout 76 trailer remains intact. However, once the bomb drops, the piano kicks into the well-known theme song, which is performed by The Scrantones. The trailer was shortened for time, and while we miss out on some Country Roads goodness, we get an equally catchy tune to get pumped for the upcoming game. Maybe Uhh Mitch was inspired by the episode of The Office when Andy and Dwight sing the John Denver hit.

Speaking of which, somebody made that version of the mashup as well. They took the scene when the aforementioned duo are attempting to impress Erin, but awkwardness ensues. You can check that one out for yourself below:

To say that fans are getting pumped for Fallout 76 would be quite accurate. That, or they just really enjoy mashups between the upcoming game and The Office. Either way, it’s bringing creativity out of fans, and that is what matters most. Fallout 76 will be released on November 14 for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Keep it tuned to Don’t Feed the Gamers as we keep our eyes peeled for more fantastic mashups, and for other gaming goodness going on right now, check out the following:

What say you, gamers? Are you glad to see ridiculous mashups like these, or are they not exactly your cup of tea? What other theme songs would fit into the Fallout 76 trailer?
