Fallout 76 Steel Dawn Update Reveals New Trailer (VIDEO)
We’re headed back to the vault! Well, the Fallout 76 vault that is. In the latest trailer revealed by Bethesda Softworks, the studio showed off additional information on Fallout 76’s upcoming update – Steel Dawn.Return to the Appalachia in December to embark on a new Brotherhood of Steel questline, explore new locations, new NPCs, and discover a plethora of new gear. Get acquainted with Paladin Rahmani, Knight Shin, and Scribe Valdez in the latest trailer below:
In addition to a load of new content, Fallout 76: Steel Dawn adds purchasable in-game items in the Brotherhood Recruitment Bundle – an optional package of cosmetic items. According to Bethesda, “It will include items you can build to transform your C.A.M.P. into a stronghold that’s fit for a Paladin, like the Brotherhood Scouting Tower, Barricade, and Barracks Locker. You’ll also get the Brotherhood Reclaimed Power Armor Paint, Tactical Field Pack, and a Salute Emote so you can show off your dedication when you’re on the move.”
Here are a few other things the Steel Dawn update will bring to Fallout 76 on December 1st:
Fallout 76: Steel Dawn Features
- New Questline – Determine how you will aid The Brotherhood of Steel NPCs in the first chapter of their new all-new story.
- New Locations and Gear – Unlock unique weapons and armor from Steel Dawn and explore new locations newly populated with members of The Brotherhood and other factions.
- Season 3 Scoreboard – Join Time Operative K.D. Inkwell in her quest for the Guild of Antiquities and rank up to unlock new rewards including C.A.M.P. Allies, Lunchboxes, and more. Beginning December 15.
- C.A.M.P. Shelters – Build and decorate in new underground, instanced spaces separate from your main C.A.M.P. Complete a new quest and get your first Shelter free starting December 1.
- Lite Allies – Recruit two new allies as you rank up during Season 3, who offer bonuses exclusively from your C.A.M.P.
Throughout all of December, Bethesda will bring regular updates to Fallout 76, including a double SCORE week, double experience weekend, the start of season three, holiday scorched event, and more. There’s plenty to look forward to this month as well (as seen in the image above).
