EA Play 2018 Trashed On Twitter As “Worst Press Conference” In E3 History

EA Play

With Electronic Arts having presented their conference yesterday and a wave of new reveals anticipated today at E3 2018, fans have taken to Twitter to express their thoughts on the presentation. EA has had a history of making moves that have disappointed or downright enraged fans. With that in mind, it may be of no surprise that the EA Play presentation left a sour taste in the mouths of some fans:

Many felt that EA ‘s conference fell flat, with little actually revealed. Perhaps one of the most disappointing reveals was the Star Wars title without anything to show. While many are excited about Unravel 2 and Anthem, news during the conference even left some fans feeling alienated from the new Anthem IP when Mark Darrah announced even solo play is online. All of this culminated into what fans felt was likely the worst E3 presentation in history:

While the EA Play conference may have been lackluster, fans still have a whole host of reveals coming from Microsoft, Bethesda, Ubisoft, Sony, Devolver, and Nintendo. With any luck, these companies will be bringing a lot more to the table (with 15 reveals from Microsoft alone it’s almost guaranteed) for fans to get excited over.
