EA Email Leak Reveals Delicate Details Regarding Upcoming Co-Op Adventure

EA Email Leak

Many people may remember the trailer that EA premiered earlier this year showing off a co-op adventure that seemed to be a little outside of their wheelhouse. Given all of the recent backlash over loot boxes and microtransactions, that very game seems even further away from what Electronic Arts is focusing on these days. However, a recent EA email leak points to when everyone will begin to see more info regarding A Way Out.

The leaked email in question details the publisher’s plans for the upcoming year. When the reveal trailer dropped for A Way Out, it came with an early 2018 release date. According to the EA email leak, that is no longer the case. Instead, the prison-break game is now expected to arrive at some point in 2019. This may be disappointing for some as A Way Out is easily one of the most anticipated titles to come out of EA Play 2017. Check out the leaked information below:

As can be seen in the image above, new details are set to emerge on December 7, which just so happens to be the same day as The Game Awards. After that, it won’t be until February, and then March, that we see something new. According to the “Executive Summary” portion, it would also appear that EA is already preparing for controversy.

No concrete release date has been given, but we can expect to learn more during the events outlined on the roadmap above. Keep it tuned to Don’t Feed the Gamers as this story develops, and for other gaming news, check out the following:
