Get Ready to be ‘Drawn to Death’ With PlayStation Plus’ First Free Arena Brawler This April (VIDEO)
Much like the Xbox Game’s with Gold program, PlayStation also has a program that offers games to players with PlayStation Plus. It may still be March, but it just so happens that the first of April’s free games lineup has been revealed. This game is an arena brawler called Drawn to Death.
While on the surface it might appear to be a simple arena brawler/ shooter, in reality – it’s much more than that. The art style is unique, seemingly drawn from some nameless high school punk. In fact, that’s literally what the premise for the game is. Described as a high schooler’s crude sketches, his/ her escape from reality if you will. Don’t believe me, check it out below:
You’ve got the guns, the gore, the imagination, and all the angst. Hell, this thing has textbook high school outcast written all over it. Of course, who better to create something like this other than David Jaffe? Jaffe created the likes of Twisted Metal and God of War. Twisted Metal being something running in the same vein as Drawn to Death. It was a dark and gritty vehicular slaughter-fest straight from the 90’s. SOOO METAL, BRUH!!!
Those of you who have PlayStaton Plus, the game will release April 4th, 2017 for free. If you aren’t a member of Sony’s PlayStation Plus program, you can still pick up a copy of this ‘sketchy’ title – it will be available for download retailing at 19.99 USD. If you are a member, once you download it, the game is yours to keep forever.
How rad is this game? You getting some of that 90’s nostalgia yet? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below. As always, don’t forget to follow Don’t Feed the Gamers on Twitter for 24/7 coverage of all things gaming and entertainment.
