Dishonored: Death of the Outsider Announcement Trailer (VIDEO)
Among the fun and silly theme of Bethesdaland, the software giants did not hold back for their E3 2017 presentation. Bethesda has done well to keep their secrets safe up until the festivities, and boy, were they hiding some exciting titles. One of those happen to be a stand-alone game within the world of Dishonored. A new story that isn’t focused on Corvo Attano. The announcement trailer for Dishonored: Death of the Outsider can be seen below:
Releasing on September 15, this new story set in the world of Dishonored will follow Billie Lurk, a badass assassin with supernatural abilities. Billie must reunite with her mentor, Daud, to complete an impossible assassination: The Outsider. The official description reads:
The notorious Billie Lurk makes her return in Dishonored: Death of the Outsider. Reuniting with her mentor – the legendary assassin Daud – Billie will explore the dark underbelly of Karnaca in order to pull off the ultimate assassination: kill the Outsider.
WARNING:SPOILERS FROM DISHONORED AND DISHONORED 2 – Billie Lurk’s first appearance in the Dishonored franchise was in a DLC titled The Knife of Dunwall. Her mentor Daud is the leader of the Assassins and is the person responsible for sending Corvo’s life into a tailspin as he is the one who assassinated Empress Jessamine Kaldwin. Billie also made an appearance in Dishonored 2 as an ally of Corvo and Emily’s that goes by the alias Meagan Foster.
