Darksiders 3 finally launches next week and Gunfire Games is prepared for long-time fans and newcomers to experience the Darksiders universe. From a franchise that first released in 2010 comes a brand new adventure that tells the story of Fury, one of the Four Horsemen of the apocalypse and a force to be reckoned with. This hack and slash adventure game takes the thrill of the genre-classic gameplay as Fury hunts down the Seven Deadly Sins with gorgeous, updated visuals.

There will be obstacles and enemies lining every wall and corner, but getting there will prove easy. In the latest Darksiders 3 trailer titled “Horse With No Name,” Gunfire Games finally introduces Fury’s faithful horse companion Rampage. It’s certainly a beautiful directed piece that takes place in the arid plains of a desert. As Fury travels with Rampge on a lonely journey of destruction, she looks ahead at the horizon for guidance and inspiration. It’s time to take down the Seven Deadly Sins. Players return to an apocalyptic planet Earth in Darksiders III, a hack-n-slash action-adventure where players take on the role of FURY in her quest to hunt down and dispose of the Seven Deadly Sins. The Charred Council calls upon FURY to battle from the heights of heaven down through the depths of hell in a quest to restore the balance between good and evil and prove that she is the fiercest of the FOUR HORSEMEN.

FURY is a mage, her form evolving throughout gameplay and with it, her powers and weaponry. The expansive Darksiders III game world is presented as an open-ended, living, free-form planet Earth, dilapidated by war and decay, and overrun by nature. FURY will traverse back and forth between environments, battling other-worldly creatures and unlocking puzzles while advancing the Darksiders story.
