Cyberpunk 2077 Third-Person Mod Available Now (VIDEO)

Cyberpunk 2077 Third-Person Mod

Cyberpunk 2077 has been available for nearly a month, granting some players a great experience only marred by a handful of bugs, while others have essentially been unable to play the game due to the countless issues. Needless to say, it’s been quite the divisive experience for a lot of people. That said, now that the game has been out for a month, the mods are beginning to pick up steam, including the highly-anticipated third-person mod.

The mod in question was created by Jelle Bakker and uploaded by sarunama over on Nexus Mods, and is available for PC players to enjoy as we speak. As is indicated by the title “JB – TPP Mod WIP Third Person,” this mod allows Cyberpunk 2077 players to experience the game in third-person, a feature not put in the game by CD Projekt RED. To install the mod, users will need to first download Cyber Engine Tweaks. A full guide on how to get the mod working on your PC as well as a demonstration of the mod itself, check out the video from Slothability below:

As stated above, CDPR did not include a third-person camera as Cyberpunk 2077 was developed to be played in first-person, save for driving vehicles. This, of course, didn’t go over will with some fans as many of the them would like the see the character that they spent time creating. In addition to this, having a third-person option could make the game more accessible as some people are unable to watch or play something that is first-person.

Cyberpunk 2077 is currently available on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S as well as previous gen consoles should you wish to go down that road. Keep it tuned to Don’t Feed the Gamers as this story develops, and for other gaming goodness going on right now, check out the following:
