Cyberpunk 2077: New Screenshots Revealed By CD Projekt RED

Cyberpunk 2077

Cyberpunk 2077 blasted out of E3 2018 with a hype train unlike many others. The highly-anticipated game that had gone dark for five years debuted a glorious trailer that had fans across the world on their feet. Select attendees were shown the gameplay demo, more on that here, and everyone else has been standing by for any sort of details CD Projekt RED is willing to reveal. With Gamescom 2018 having officially arrived, the developer has been king enough to release some new screenshots.

Sure, when CDPR said we’d be getting something related to Cyberpunk 2077 at Gamescom, we didn’t immediately think it would be screenshots. Yes, we all want gameplay, but we’ll just have to wait for the developer to be ready to unveil such a glorious thing. Until then, let’s enjoy some new glimpses into Night City:

The images that were revealed by CDPR certainly set a particular tone for the upcoming RPG. We all know Night City isn’t going to be purely sunshine and rainbows, but it is entirely possibly that we might see such a thing with the dynamic weather system that is part of the game.

Another thing that these screenshots reveal is that there will be no shortage when it comes to action in Cyberpunk 2077. Dealing with dubious characters as mysterious mega corporations pull the strings behind the scenes… sounds like a bounty of fun awaits players.

Cyberpunk 2077 is still without any sort of release window, and will be for some time, but it is expected to launch on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Keep it tuned to Don’t Feed the Gamers as this story develops, and for other gaming goodness going on right now, check out the feeling:
