New Persona 5 Scramble Trailer Shows Off Evil Joker, Snowboarding, And More (VIDEO)

Now that the new year has officially arrived, fans of the Persona series are even closer to the upcoming release date for Persona 5 Scramble. Now being considered to be a legitimate sequel to Persona 5, publisher Atlus has released a brand new – and fairly lengthy – trailer that shows off a slew of previously unseen gameplay.

Atlus took to its YouTube channel to show off a brand new Persona 5 Scramble trailer. Among the new visuals are brief looks at Haru and Yusuke’s gameplay mechanics, while Atlus also chose to reveal what appears to be an evil version of the Joker we all know and love. Check out the trailer below:

There’s plenty to unpack from the latest Persona 5 Scramble trailer, including what appears to be footage from one of the game’s Palaces. Also revealed is what seems to be a snowboarding mini-game, as well as plenty of environment traversal moves and vehicle combat. There’s no need to worry about getting your Persona fix as we approach the game’s release date, as Atlus has announced that it will be releasing new information about Persona 5 Scramble every day until January 12.

Persona 5 Scramble is slated to release in Japan on February 20th, for Nintendo Switch and PlayStation 4. Still no news on when it’ll hit the West.
