Crash Bandicoot Trilogy Announced For Nintendo Switch (VIDEO)

Crash Bandicoot Trilogy

Recently there have been whispers suggesting that the Crash Bandicoot Trilogy would be making its way to the Nintendo Switch, though the only concrete evidence we have had up until this point has been a listing for the game on a retailer’s website. Thanks to the Nintendo Direct presentation that just aired, we finally have our answer: Crash Bandicoot is coming to the Switch! Here’s the announcement video from the Big N:

Remastered and released for the PlayStation 4 last year, the Crash Bandicoot Trilogy is a collection of the – you guessed it – first three titles of the Crash Bandicoot series. Originally developed by Naughty Dog, the trilogy features over 100 levels of remastered Crash awesomeness that will have players “Spin, Jump & Wump” their way to glory as either Crash or his sister, Coco. Here’s the official breakdown of what players are getting in the Crash Bandicoot Trilogy:

Your favorite marsupial, Crash Bandicoot, is back and he’s enhanced, entranced & ready-to-dance! Now you can experience Crash Bandicoot like never before in fully-remastered HD graphical glory.

Take on the epic challenges and adventures of the three games that started it all, Crash Bandicoot, Crash Bandicoot 2: Cortex Strikes Back and Crash Bandicoot: Warped.”

The Crash Bandicoot Trilogy arrives on Nintendo Switch on July 10th, 2018. There has been no word as to whether or not the upcoming Switch version of the game will have any exclusive features, though Amiibos certainly don’t seem out of the question.
