Borderlands 3 Halloween Event Starts Very Soon (VIDEO)

Borderlands 3 Halloween Event

Last month, the developers at Gearbox Software revealed a Halloween event that would be coming to Borderlands 3 for free. Unfortunately, not a ton of details were unveiled about the Bloody Harvest, including when exactly it would arrive. Thankfully, following the release of a new trailer as well as a corresponding post on the game’s website, we now know just about everything we need to get started.

For starters, the Bloody Harvest event will be arriving in Borderlands 3 on October 24th. It will be a completely free event for all players and it will be bringing a host of new goodies for Vault Hunters to earn. “To participate, you’ll need to have progressed far enough in the story campaign to have unlocked Sanctuary III, which happens early on,” reads the Borderlands website. “While Bloody Harvest is active, you’ll notice a peculiar newcomer aboard your ship: Maurice, a surprisingly friendly Saurian who can speak to you via a device of Tannis’ own invention.”

When Borderlands 3’s Bloody Harvest begins, players will be making their way to Heck, the location of the seasonal event. Enemies of all sorts will have a green glow as they attempt to take you down as you try to collect the Hecktoplasm Maurice has sent you for. Plus, there will be undead Maliwan soldiers galore. Of course, what is a good event without tons of new cosmetic goodies to get your hands on? You can check out everything in detail on the game’s website as well as in the infographic below:
