With E3 all wrapped up, fans are still looking for more marrow from their favorite games. For those who may have missed it, Bandai Namco dropped some absolutely stunning images from Ace Combat 7 Skies Unknown. The beautiful images and world maps give players a sense of the scope of the game, and how much thought went into it.

As seen in the gallery below, Ace Combat 7 has incredible effects that include realistic weather, making for some interesting challenges like rain gathering on the windshield in photorealistic detail. Lightning strikes and ice forming on the plane are just a few of the natural threats facing players as they take to the skies to engage the enemy. Take a look for yourself below:

Ace Combat 7 will have players returning to the continent of Usea, featured in Ace Combat 4 & 5, to join the Ocean Air Defense in the second Usean Continental War. Set in 2019, players will find themselves involved in battles that will be difficult to discern between good and evil. With manned and unmanned combatants, the storyline for this title will include a number of elements that are bound to be compelling.

As seen in the latest trailer from E3, found below, the game will feature plenty of new planes and futuristic weapons, giving players a chance to try new strategies and maneuvers. The dynamic elements of the game come together to create an immersive and intense experience for the player. Ace Combat 7 is due out sometime in 2018 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
