Epic Games sure does love to tease fans about what is coming to their massively popular Fortnite Battle Royale. With a new season just around the corner, many players have been wondering what changes are inbound, and it looks like the developers are pointing to the salty seas.

In a recent tweet from the official Fortnite Twitter account, a teaser was revealed for Season 8. The image itself shows a hook that is most commonly associated with a pirate as well as a little rhyme that all but confirms pirates are inbound. Check it out for yourself below:

We already know that planes will be making their descent right on out of Fortnite at the end of Season 7, and with pirates on the way, many have wondered if this means ships will become the new vehicle. Of course, with all ships, one must have some sweet cannons to fire at approaching enemies. Whether or not these items will make their way into Battle Royale will have to wait until Season 8 arrives, but let the speculation ensue.
