Apple Unveils 3 new iPhone Models: Xs, Xs Max, and Xr (VIDEO)
Today, Apple revealed three new models of its juggernaut iPhone X: the iPhone Xs, Xs Max, and Xr during their most recent iPhone Event.
The iPhone Xs and Xs Max have pretty much the same hardware inside their shell, with a size variance. The Xs Max is larger measuring 6.5 inches in length while the Xs measures in at a slightly more manageable 5.8 in. Both models will feature OLED HDR capable screens (dubbed Super Retina display) that will let colors really pop which will make watching movies and looking at breathtaking photos much better. You’ll be able to also capture photos in 12 megapixels on the rear facing camera along with 7 megapixels for the front-facing camera.

The video capture is definitely noteworthy as Xs, Xs Max, and Xr will have 4K resolution available for taking videos of whatever dumb thing your friends are doing. The new models also have built-in stereo sound for the speakers so you won’t have to put the phone in an empty plastic cup in case no one has a Bluetooth speaker.
You can check out a more point by point breakdown of each model’s features below from the fine folks at Cnet:
But what about the games side of things? We got a surprise appearance from the “REO Speedwagon” of game developers, Todd Howard. Uncle Todd showed off more of The Elder Scrolls: Blades saying that players will experience a massive single player game full of the quality story and lore content fans of the series expect. He talked about how the new features of these new iPhones allow volumetric lighting as well as beautiful stereo soundscapes and haptic feedback. While Blades certainly looks like a phone game, it’s a very pretty looking one!
