Dissidia Final Fantasy NT Update Features Orbonne Monastery Stage, Balance Changes, And More (VIDEO)

Dissidia Final Fantasy NT released in late January exclusively for the PS4, and fans have been fairly split on whether or not the title was a worthy entry in the iconic Dissidia Final Fantasy series. Some of the complaints thus far have revolved around the barely-there story mode, while others have noted the lack of actual move lists for all the characters, a simple inclusion that could save newcomers a significant amount of time and lessen the learning curve. Thankfully, Square Enix has released a new Dissidia Final Fantasy NT update that brings even more goodies to the game and pays heed to some important fan feedback.

Listed as Dissidia Final Fantasy NT update 1.06, it brings with it the iconic Orbonne Monastery stage from Final Fantasy Tactics, some balance adjustments to multiple characters, and character move lists (thank you!) for all the playable characters. The “Orbonne Monastery” from Final Fantasy Tactics has been added as a new stage.

  • Ace

Implemented Character Move Lists in the Game Itself

Move Lists can be checked from the following screens:

  • Three-person Briefing screen (only for the character in use)
  • Battle pause screen in Offline Mode (only for the character in use)
  • Tutorial
  • Customize

Character Description Changes

The contents of character descriptions have been changed to focus on battle characteristics.

Fixed Miscellaneous Bugs

Dissidia Final Fantasy NT is now available exclusively for the PlayStation 4. The first upcoming DLC character, Vayne Carudas Solidor (FFXII), will arrive in late April 2018. The free-to-play mobile spin-off title, Opera Omnia, is now available on Android and iOS devices.
