Red Dead Redemption 2 Launch Trailer Released (VIDEO)

Red Dead Redemption 2

With just over a week remaining between gamers and the release of the highly-anticipated Red Dead Redemption 2, hype is reaching all sorts of new heights. That said, Rockstar Games has officially revealed the title’s launch trailer, and it is sure to get players excited.

Explosions, drama, bears, and much more pack the video to the brim to provide a glimpse at the expansive world Rockstar has created. With more guns, a massive map, Red Dead Online, and a bounty of goodies to enjoy, it’ll be no surprise plans are cancelled next weekend in favor of exploring the old West. Check out the launch trailer below:

For those unsure as to what Red Dead Redemption 2 is all about, here’s more from Rockstar:

“America, 1899. The end of the Wild West era has begun. After a robbery goes badly wrong in the western town of Blackwater, Arthur Morgan and the Van der Linde gang are forced to flee. With federal agents and the best bounty hunters in the nation massing on their heels, the gang must rob, steal and fight their way across the rugged heartland of America in order to survive. As deepening internal divisions threaten to tear the gang apart, Arthur must make a choice between his own ideals and loyalty to the gang who raised him.”

If all of this excitement isn’t enough to get you pumped, Rockstar recently touched on the possibility of making a Red Dead Redemption 3. To sum it up, if Red Dead 2 does well, the developer states that they “have other interesting things to say.” You can read more about that right here.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is set to arrive on October 26th for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Keep it tuned to Don’t Feed the Gamers as this story develops, and for other gaming goodness going on right now, check out the following:
