Sunless Sea writer Alexis Kennedy has recently signed up to work with BioWare for an unannounced project. Given that he has some definite experience creating a powerful role-playing experience, Dragon Age fans like myself are screaming for news on the fourth installment. More so with all of the little teasers Mark Darrah keeps dropping us.

What makes Kennedy perfect for this glorious rumour is that he’s no stranger to the Dragon Age franchise – he wrote the spin-off called The Last Court. And to further our suspicions? He also made the announcement that he will be working alongside Mike Laidlaw and Patrick Weekes – two incredibly important names to the Dragon Age series.

In an interview with PC Gamer, Kennedy had this to say when asked about his work with BioWare:

“I suspect there’s enough clues for people to connect the dots anyway. I can say that I’m going to be starting there early next year, it’ll be six months or more, and my job title is going to be something like ‘senior writer’. I wanted it to be ‘THE ENGLISHMAN’ but I don’t think EA will wear that.”

So far there is no confirmation on what exactly this upcoming project is but for hopefuls like myself, it is looking good. No matter what the plan is, with talent like his and a team like BioWare – whatever the future title may be, it is sure to be a good one.
