Castlevania Season 3 Teased By Animation Studio

Season one of Castlevania was a fantastic hit when it premiered on Netflix in 2017, so much so that a second season was immediately ordered and released the following year. Then, not long after that, a third was confirmed. The only catch? A release date wasn’t announced and now 2019 has already come and gone. However, the animation studio behind the Netflix adaptation teased bloody treat for fans to kick off 2020 on a hopeful note.

The day after New Year’s, Powerhouse Animation posted this cute little number on their Twitter account and followed it when a shout-out to Netflix and Frederator Studios:

Working alongside screenwriter Warren Ellis, producer Kevine Kolde, and director Adi Shankar, Powerhouse Animation and company were inspired by the anime and video games that came before. Key characters such as Dracula, Alucard, Trevor, and Sypha were the driving forces behind the first and second season. To prevent spoiling the end of the last season, we encourage you to watch it in preparation for the upcoming premiere this year.
