Xbox Game Pass October 2017 Sees Seven Games Added – Saints Row, State of Decay, and More!

A new month is upon us, meaning subscription services are adding new content for fans to get excited about. Recently, both PS Plus and Xbox Live Gold members got a look at what is to come in the month of fright and terror. Microsoft has now revealed the handful of titles added to Xbox Game Pass October 2017. Let’s jump into all of the glorious gaming that awaits!

Leading the pack is Super Street Fighter IV, one of the many entries into Capcom’s franchise. It is also regarded as one of the best fighting games to ever see the light of day, earning a Metascore of 91 for the Xbox 360 version. Luckily, backwards compatibility allows Xbox One owners to enjoy this title. Next up, Undead Lab’s State of Decay has been added to the mix. After all, what would the Xbox Game Pass October 2017 lineup be without a zombie action survival game? It would be a little less terrifying, that’s what.

Xbox Game Pass October 2017

Saints Row: Gat Out of Hell has also made the cut for October. Serving as an epilogue to Saints Row IV: Re-Elected, players will assume the role of either Johnny or Kinzie to take down Satan using a bounty of superpowers and the ability to summon demons. Talk about appropriate for this time of year! Here are the other four titles that have been added:

  • The Bug Butcher
  • Costume Quest 2
  • Maldita Castilla EX – Cursed Castle
  • Tower of Guns

Each of the games listed above are available now through the Xbox Game Pass. For those not in the know, the subscription service offers over 100 games for players to enjoy for an endless amount of time before said titles are removed from the program. Not too bad for $10 a month. Keep it tuned to Don’t Feed the Gamers to see which games are added in November!

What say you, gamers? Excited for October’s offerings with the Xbox Game Pass? Which titles are you hoping make their way to the service next month? Sound off in the comments section below, and be sure to follow DFTG on Twitter for live gaming and entertainment news 24/7!
