Steep‘s Alaska DLC arrives next week, but Ubisoft wasn’t going to let gamers get started without a little something. In the teaser trailer, Ubisoft shows off the vast open space of Alaska waiting to greet you. There are sheer mountain sides and expansive snowy land for you to parachute, wing suit base jump, or ski. The small town they created is full of colorful buildings to offset the surrounding white powder. Check out the video below!

Last week, Ubisoft released the 1.04 update to the core game, introducing a completely new Steep World Tour – a 3 tier tournament series hosted every month. Even though the first one will be ending tomorrow – have no fear! There is plenty of time to get ready for the next one.

They added quite a few new features and challenge opportunities, as well. For example, the Director Mode (Replay) allows players to capture in-game moments you may want to show off to friends, and edit them as you please. Additionally, there are Community and Developer Challenges which are created by fellow players! You’re free to design and create your own, to test yourself or others. Changes were made to existing features, as well:

• Mountain View Navigation
• Camera and HUD
• G-Force System
• Tricks System

The Alaska DLC is completely free and will be available beginning February 10th, 2017 for all current gaming platforms (Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC). The game will come to the Nintendo Switch later this year, but no date has been confirmed.
