Square Enix Presents Babylon’s Fall At E3 2018 – A New Platinum Games Project (VIDEO)
From the same developer that created Bayonetta, Nier: Automata, Vanquish and more comes a new project of epic proportions titled, Babylon’s Fall. The trailer as seen below begins with the timeline of this world’s long history from the roles of seers and their visions of the future – an apocalypse, a world veiled in darkness, an epic journey, civil disobedience, riots, the work and birth of a goddess and much more. As for the entire narrative of Babylon’s Fall, it’s a mystery for the most part. Based on the showcase at the Square Enix E3 2018, it takes place in an alternate medieval universe overshadowed by a malevolent character called Gaia, one who turns their back on humanity. It is then that the Nomads are born and it is through their leadership that humanity is able to fight back.
Babylon’s Fall is expected to release in 2019 for PlayStation 4 and PC (via Steam). What do you think of Platinum Games’ latest intellectual property?
