Splatoon 2 Switch Bundle Arriving Next Month in US With New Joy-Con Colors

Splatoon 2 Switch Bundle

The Nintendo Switch has certainly had its fair share of demand since its debut back in March. While it has been increasingly difficult to find the console over the past few months, it isn’t for lack of trying on the company’s part. When the sequel to the Wii U’s Splatoon dropped last month, bundles became more of the norm instead of buying the system as a standalone product. For the most part, the grouping of various related items didn’t offer much in terms of discounts, but in Nintendo’s case, it does provide a one-stop-purchase. Recently, a new Switch bundle was announced, and it is sure to please anyone looking to pick up the console and Splatoon 2.

Of course, a Splatoon 2 Switch bundle has been offered since the game became available last month, but there is one feature from the new one that sets it apart from the others – the Joy-Cons. Up until now, if you live in North America, you’ve only been able to get the grey or red/blue neon controllers grouped with other items. With the upcoming Splatoon 2 Switch bundle, the Joy-Cons are going to be a brilliant combination of neon pink and green to match the ink-tastic adventure. Check it out below:

The Splatoon 2 Nintendo Switch bundle will be a Walmart exclusive that will be sold for $380. This is roughly the same price if one were to purchase the items separately. It includes a full download of the title, a Splatoon 2 edition carrying case, and those beautiful green and pink neon Joy-Cons. It is expected to launch on September 8, so it might be time to prepare those bank accounts.
