Shadow Of The Tomb Raider ‘The Forge’ DLC Adds Co-Op And More Adventure (VIDEO)

Shadow of the Tomb Raider launched last month with the first patched content that added an “intriguing alternate ending” for those seeking a different path. The game features a fantastic photo mode, a grand array of puzzles, and a compelling storyline to boot. And the overall visuals? Phenomenal. Now that the game has established itself on the market for well over a month now, the first DLC has arrived. Titled ‘The Forge,’ Lara Croft faces onward into all-new adventures and the world of cooperative play.

The Forge is the first of seven DLC to arrive for Shadow of the Tomb Raider, all of which will become available for season pass holders. With it brings a co-op experience, new weapons, outfits, challenges, and “fresh content.” Lara Croft can expect “new mysteries and challenges” to step forward, as well as friendships and rivalries to do as she wills. The DLC will also add Score Attack and Time Attack modes. Here’s the official synopsis:

In her DLC debut, Lara must brave the lava-flooded Forge of the fallen gods to uncover the secrets of Kuwaq Yaku. Throughout her journey, she will uncover details about a friend’s ancient legacy, and overcome a danger long thought to be lost in flame. The Forge delivers a brand-new challenge tomb, playable in both solo and co-op. Players who complete the challenge tomb will be rewarded with the Grenadier skill, Brocken outfit, and Umbrage 3-80 weapon.”
