Riders Republic Revealed With Action-Packed Cinematic Trailer (VIDEO)

Riders Republic Ubisoft

During the recent Ubisoft Forward showcase, the studio revealed many updates on games that are already out or were already known. However, they finished the showcase with the reveal of Riders Republic, a new IP that looks like an action-packed extreme sports MMO.

A lot of details remain a mystery about the upcoming game, but we do know a few things. Riders Republic will feature a massive multiplayer playground for players to ski, snowboard, bike, and wingsuit around in an open world setting. Riders will be able to develop their careers, compete in races and challenges, and even just roam around at their leisure. Essentially, it is almost as if they combined Steep and Trials Rising to make something big and fun for all to enjoy.

“Live out the rider’s fantasy as you roam free in a huge, vibrant open world, always buzzing with other players around you,” reads the Riders Republic description. “Immerse yourself in iconic American national parks including Bryce Canyon, Yosemite Valley, Mammoth Mountain… all mashed up for you to shred! Squad up with your friends and compete in a wide range of multiplayer modes: feel the rush of downhill races, dominate maps in team vs team competitions, or give it your best shot in epic mass PvP races with more than 50 other players.”

Riders Republic is currently in development and expected to launch on February 25, 2021 for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and next-gen consoles. Keep it tuned to Don’t Feed the Gamers as we learn more about the new IP, and for other gaming goodness going on right now, check out the following:
