New Rage 2 Trailer To Debut At The Game Awards (VIDEO)

Rage 2

One title that fans have been excited about since its reveal is Rage 2. The upcoming sequel is set to open the world to new limits and provide far more explosions than players are used to. That said, the game isn’t going to be released until next year, but the developers will be delivering a new trailer for fans to enjoy this week.

Taking to Twitter, the official Rage 2 account disclosed that a new trailer will be debuting at The Game Awards later this week. They believe that the upcoming game is “worthy of a few nominations,” which they then took the liberty of creating their own category. Check it out for yourself in the humorous video below:

Best Post-Post-Apocalyptic Western, you say? Sounds good enough to us! If you’re unsure about what is to come in Rage 2, here’s more from the website: “Dive headfirst into a dystopian world devoid of society, law, and order. RAGE 2 brings together two studio powerhouses – Avalanche Studios, masters of open world insanity, and id Software, creators of the first-person shooter – to deliver a carnival of carnage where you can go anywhere, shoot anything, and explode everything.”

Pre-ordering the title will also come with some exclusive goodies, including “the exclusive Cult of the Death God mission, a wild ride that sends Walker after a cult of crazed mutants who have taken to worshipping the image of Nicholas Raine – the hero of the original RAGE. Survive the sewers and fight through hordes of mutants – including the massive and monstrous Abadon Warlock – to receive Raine’s legendary armor along with the fan-favorite Settler Pistol and the new Mutant Monster Truck.”

Rage 2 is set to arrive in Spring 2019 for PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. The Game Awards will take place this Thursday, December 6th. Keep it tuned to Don’t Feed the Gamers as this story develops, and for other gaming goodness going on right now, check out the following:
