Latest Punisher Teaser Shows New Cast Members – Episode Titles Possibly Revealed (VIDEO)

The Punisher teaser

A new The Punisher teaser has been released for the upcoming Netflix show. As far as story goes, the video gives away nothing. However, it does offer a glance at some of the new characters that have joined the cast, including another look at Jon Bernthal himself. Take a look at the video below, followed by the list of new members released by Marvel:

Daniel Webber (“11.22.63”)has been cast as Lewis Walcott, a young veteran who has had a difficult time re-assimilating into Civilian Society.

Jason R. Moore (“A Lonely Place for Dying”) joins as Curtis Hoyle, a friend of Frank Castle’s and one of the few people who knows he is alive.

Paul Schulze (“Nurse Jackie”) will play Rawlins, a high-ranking member of the CIA whose operations in Afghanistan intersect with Frank Castle.

Jaime Ray Newman (“Bates Motel”) plays Sarah Lieberman, Micro’s wife (played by Ebon Moss-Bachrach) whose marriage has made her life far more complicated.

Michael Nathanson (“The Knick,” “Wolf of Wall Street”) has been cast as Sam Stein, a Homeland agent who is challenged by his partnership with Dinah (Amber Rose Revah).”

Jon Bernthal, of course, will be taking on the role of the titular anti-hero. Deborah Ann Wall will also be reprising Daredevil‘s Karen Page, who was most recently seen in the The Defenders. As far as the Punisher teaser goes, that is really about it. Thankfully, in terms of news about the show, there is even more. The Twitter account for the Netflix property recently sent out a series of tweets. There were 13 in total, with each one containing a different message in Morse code. After deciphering the cryptic goodness, one can only assume the following are the episode titles for The Punisher‘s first season:

  1. 3 AM
  2. Two Dead Men
  3. Kandahar
  4. Resupply
  5. Gunner
  6. The Judas Goat
  7. Crosshairs
  8. Cold Steel
  9. Front Toward Enemy
  10. Virtue of the Vicious
  11. Danger Close
  12. Home
  13. Memento Mori

As for a release date, well, Netflix and Marvel are still beating around the bush. The only thing that is known at this time is that the show is expected to hit the streaming service at some point in 2017. There are only four months left in the year, so they may want to consider putting a little pep in their step.
