New PlayStation Event To Feature Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade, Resident Evil Village
Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade and Resident Evil Village are two of the most highly anticipated titles of the year, though in the former’s case this is moreso for the folks that have yet to purchase the game on the PS4. Now, it’s been revealed that both titles will be sharing the spotlight in the upcoming PlayStation Japan ‘Play! Play! Play!’ livestream event debuting later this month.
Sony has announced a new livestream event through PlayStation Japan called Play! Play! Play! that will take place on Mach 21, 2021. The livestream will feature both Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade and Resident Evil Village. The Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade portion of the livestream will feature producer Yoshinori Kitase and Takuya Nakamura, while the Resident Evil Village portion will feature director Morimasa Sato and Kayo Sato. Both segments of the show will be hosted by Hatsune Matsushima.

It’s unknown what footage – if any – we’ll see from either of the games during the PlayStation event, though the official website, when translated, suggests that the heart and ‘charm’ of both titles will be discussed.
Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade will be releasing exclusively for PS5 on June 10th. Resident Evil Village is slated to release on May 7th for PC, PS4, Xbox One, and both PS5 and Xbox Series X.
