PlayStation 4

As we head into the weekend, it’s time to relax and unwind with some video games and prepare for the week ahead. Luckily, next week brings a bright future with plenty of new titles being released for the PlayStation 4. Get your groove on with Just Dance 2018, run around the sands of ancient Egypt in Assassins Creed Origins, or simply dispatch Nazis from this earth in Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus. Whatever you fancy, there is plenty to be excited for.

Sony has a good range of titles coming out next week, like sports games and indy titles. First, we will take a look at the two titles that are bringing the most amount of anticipation to gamers – starting with Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus:

Wolfenstein: The New Order reignites the series that created the first-person shooter genre. Under development at MachineGames, a studio comprised of a seasoned group of developers recognized for their work creating story-driven games, Wolfenstein offers a deep game narrative packed with action, adventure and first-person combat. Intense, cinematic and rendered in stunning detail with id® Software’s id Tech® 5 engine, Wolfenstein sends players across Europe on a personal mission to bring down the Nazi war machine. With the help of a small group of resistance fighters, infiltrate their most heavily guarded facilities, battle high-tech Nazi legions, and take control of super-weapons that have conquered the earth – and beyond.”

Wolfenstein II: The New Order will be available for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC on October 27th.

Ancient Egypt, a land of majesty and intrigue, is disappearing in a ruthless fight for power. Unveil dark secrets and forgotten myths as you go back to the one founding moment: The Origins of the Assassin’s Brotherhood.

Sail down the Nile, uncover the mysteries of the pyramids or fight your way against dangerous ancient factions and wild beasts as you explore this gigantic and unpredictable land.

Engage into multiple quests and gripping stories as you cross paths with strong and memorable characters, from the wealthiest high-born to the most desperate outcasts.

Experience a completely new way to fight. Loot and use dozens of weapons with different characteristics and rarities. Explore deep progression mechanics and challenge your skills against unique and powerful bosses.

Assassin’s Creed: Origins will be available on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC platforms on October 27th.
