WATCH: Owen Wilson Mod For World Of Warcraft Will Have You Saying “Wow!”

Owen Wilson Mod

Mods are great, aren’t they? They allow gamers to expand upon titles by adding more content than what is already available, and they even provide an opportunity for players to enjoy ridiculous crossovers that they otherwise would have never known about. One such instance is a recent Owen Wilson mod that has arrived in World of Warcraft, and it will have you screaming “WOW!”

For those not in the know, Owen Wilson has seemingly transcended all of space and time to wind up in a very likely spot – memedom. The internet is a wild and funny space, where people often communicate in memes or emoji, bloopers live on in YouTube montages, and so much more. The Owen Wilson mod, however, takes what has been memed about him, his iconic “Wow,” and applies it as the noise a player hears when they strike a critical hit. Check it out in the video below:

Appropriately named “Owen Wilson Crit Sound,” the mod uses 16 different variants of the actor’s famous catchphrase(catchword?). Created by Sweetsour over on wago.io, the added bonus of hearing “wow” every second whilst in the midst of battle is simply delightful. The video above showing a Shadow Priest who possesses a rather high critical hit chance is evident of the ridiculousness that is to ensue when players activate this mod.

To get your wow on in WoW, head over to the website and download the sound pack. Keep it tuned to Don’t Feed the Gamers as we continue to track down more funny features for games, and for other mod related news, check out the following:
