New Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 Trailer Drops – Equal Parts Mysterious and Ruthless (VIDEO)
For those of us waiting on more of the upcoming Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 title – a new trailer has just been released and gives fans a look into the storyline that is shrouded in mystery called ‘Brothers’. “The bond between brothers can be complicated, yet unmistakable.” Check out the video below and see this bond for yourself, up close and personal.
The narrative follows brothers Jon and Robert North through an incredible journey. The trailer follows the pair of boys as they grow up, as Jon narrates the video declaring his mission to find those that captured his brother and ‘make them pay’. Who captured Robert? Did he want to be captured? Will Jon’s journey be in vain?
They ambushed us. They took my brother. I should have protected him. He always wanted to be just like me. I’ll find him. And I’ll make them pay.”
The heart-wrenching premise wasn’t the only thing this new teaser showed off. Throughout the sequence, you can see brutal kill after brutal kill – I mean, did you see that headshot that blew the head clean off? Melee combat, stealth, and all out brutality will all be available for players to pick their style. As far as Ghost Warrior 3, here is the official description of the game according to their site:
While Jon has been shaped into a resolutely “follow the book” type Marine, Robert quickly rose through the ranks of the US Navy – despite sometimes using unorthodox methods – and became more rebellious and skeptical of authority along the way. Robert deeply loves his older brother, but also believes that an old-school way of thinking in warfare will inevitably leave Jon behind. The question that remains is who captured Jon’s brother, Robert, and did he want to be captured?”
Sniper: Ghost Warrior 3 is set to be an amazing title, from what we’ve seen so far. Changing directions a little bit from its predecessors, Ghost Warrior 3 is going to be an open-world adventure for players to explore and conquer. Info on the changes for the upcoming title can be found right here as well as a look into the Season Pass. The game itself is set to launch April 25th on the Xbox One, PS4, and PC.
