See Mini Dragon Ball Z, Studio Ghibli, And Other Worlds With This Artist’s Creative Genius
Japan loves the cute and the small and a lot of people from around the world are in awe of their affinity for it! If you’ve ever seen the miniature cooking channels on YouTube that easily went viral on social media networks everywhere, you’ll know exactly what I’m talking about. Except artist Tatsuya Tanaka uses everyday objects and food items to recreate moments referencing different instances of pop culture. From Spider-Man to My Neighbor Totoro, no world is safe from becoming miniature. There’s plenty of mini Dragon Ball Z content to go around as well. See for yourself below:
Who knew using a gas-burning stove to recreate a Super in-Saiyan moment like the last image in the gallery? Or chocolate bars to recreate Super Mario? Think of a blue daquiri drink for the famous moment between Cloud and Aerith/Aeris from Final Fantasy VII. Yeah, it simultaneously made you go “aww” and hit you in the feels right? So adorably tiny yet so melancholic.
As expected, there are plenty of miniature recreations that take after Studio Ghibli productions as well such as Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind and Spirited Away. Some of Tanaka’s latest work feature original ideas that utilize notepads for an elevator ride, and soft-serve and cookies for a rocket ship landing. How creative is that?
For even more tiny creations, check out Tanaka’s personal instagram account or official website! What do you think of these mini Dragon Ball Z creations?
