Metro Exodus Reveals Earlier Release Date With a Brand New Trailer (VIDEO)

Metro Exodus

The Metro 2033 movie may have been cancelled but that hasn’t stopped the video game franchise from being a highly anticipated adventure through a post-apocalyptic Russian wasteland. Luckily for us, Deep Silver seems to be having a hard time waiting to release their upcoming title Metro Exodus. Not only has the game gone Gold, but the release date will be sooner than previously announced.

A recent Tweet shows off the title sequence for the upcoming game, complete with a haunting score from composer Alexey Omelchuk that brings the chilling scenes to life. To top it all off the Tweet reveals that a new release date has been set, which bumps it up from its previous February 22nd date.

Currently, Metro Exodus has 3 different editions that can be pre-ordered: the Standard, Gold, and Collectors Editions. All three editions come with the base game as well as the remastered version of the title that started it all, Metro 2033. The Gold also comes with the Expansion pass. The Collectors Edition will have everything from the Gold edition as well as Spartan dog tags, post cards, and an incredible Artyom statue.

Metro Exodus is set to arrive on February 15th for PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4. Let us know your thoughts on Metro Exodus and more in the comments section below. As always, don’t forget to follow Don’t Feed the Gamers on Twitter for 24/7 coverage of all things gaming and entertainment.
