Lucifer Season 4 Reveals Netflix Release Date In New Teaser (VIDEO)

Fans were undoubtedly over the moon when Netflix opted to give cancelled DC adaptation Lucifer a new lease on (after)life, greenlighting the series for an unprecedented and glorious Season 4. The months since have seen the show’s familiar cast and crew get back to work on a delightfully devilish batch of new episodes, continuing the story following Season 3’s cliffhanger finale.

Teasing the new season’s upcoming premiere on Netflix, the streaming service has shown off a new trailer highlighting the new release date of May 8th. While the trailer doesn’t provide any new footage, that doesn’t mean there isn’t anything to keep viewers happy for the time being. The release announcement sees Lucifer Morningstar himself (Tom Ellis) rise to the occasion in a decidedly steamy manner: emerging from a hot tub and showing off his chiseled physique. Check out the teaser below alongside an official description for Season 4.

Reeling from the aftermath of Chloe seeing his devil face, Lucifer faces a new challenge: Eve, the original sinner herself, is back. Does she want revenge for when he tempted her out of Eden oh so many years ago… or something else entirely? Lucifer Season 4 premieres May 8 only on Netflix.”
