LT. Colonel Morgan “Inferno” Kinsano – Halo Wars 2 Reveals New Leader in Latest Update (VIDEO)
Halo Wars 2 has just released its first add-on leader for campaign missions, and it looks like this commander is definitely ready to kick some serious backside. Lt. Colonel Morgan “Inferno” Kinsano cuts a ruthless figure, is as tough as nails, and we are all definitely excited to have her on the team. Not only does her release have us stoked for this kick-ass leader’s indomitable presence in Halo Wars, but she also comes stacked with a whole slew of fiery new abilities:
- Helldrop: “The Helldrop takes the classic ODST drop to the next level as drop pods rain down from the sky, explode in a blast of fire and unleash a squad of flame-throwing Hellbringers to burn down any enemies left standing.”
- Hellcharge: “Kinsano is fierce and ruthless on the front lines and when the need arises, can inspire her troops to new heights with special abilities such as the Hellcharge. When activated, this ability provides a status buff to friendly units to briefly increase their speed, damage output and cause them to explode if they die while under its effect.”
- Inferno: “When all else fails (or when targeting something massive like an enemy base), Kinsano can call upon her ultimate offensive power – the Inferno. This ability is expensive to use but unleashes a massive blast of fire leaving behind a long-lasting burning effect to anything caught in its large radius.”
Kinsano was released with the latest patch update for Halo Wars 2, which includes quite a few bug fixes for the game. Some of these bugs included crashes when skirmishing against AI units, adjusting game play to better reflect kill/attack streaks, and adjusted HP and DPS rates for several in-game units like the Jump Pack Brutes, Hellbringers, and Elite Rangers. You can check out the full patch notes that detail all the changes here. To see Kinsano in action, check out the launch trailer below:
