Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Pits McBride vs Phelps in New Goofy Live Action Trailer (VIDEO)

Infinite Warfare

In classic Call of Duty fashion, Activision has released a new live action trailer to showcase their new release Infinite Warfare. The intro of the new trailer briefly shows a world where everything sucks and no one really wants to be there any more, so what’s the obvious next step? “Screw it, lets go to space!” Boom, nailed it!

The trailer of course continues the established theme of “There’s a soldier in all of us” portraying its combatants with the appearance of an Average Joe rather than military personnel. This is definitely somewhat of a trademark of the Call of Duty live action trailers which creates a connection linking their players to the game itself.

In this trailer however, amidst the adrenaline infused mayhem of flying grenades and whizzing bullets, it looks like we have a pair of Not-so-Average Joe’s. The new trailer definitely features appearances by 23-time Olympic gold medalist Michael Phelps, as well as comedy actor Danny McBride.
