Ring in the New Year with Fully Unlocked Champion Roster for Heroes of the Storm

For anyone who is a fan of Blizzard games, you’ve most likely heard of or played Heroes of the Storm. Blizzard’s Multiplayer Online Battle Arena (MOBA) is a game that incorporates heroes from across the Blizzard library to face off in a player vs player battle for dominance. From the plains of Azeroth to the streets of New Tristram, Heroes of the Storm provides a unique opportunity to do battle in the ultimate champion crossover game.

Thrall, Kerrigan, Diablo, Arthas, Zeratul, Tyrael—they’re all here and ready to test their might in the forge of eternal combat. Who will stand with you in battle? Select your favorites from more than 20 years of Blizzard games.

In keeping up with the MOBA tradition, not all heroes are immediately available to play. Players have to earn or purchase in game funds in order to permanently unlock champions for your hero lineup. Also following the tradition of MOBAs, Heroes of the Storm offers a ‘Free Champion Rotation’ which allows players to experience the play style of the many available champions and heroes.

To celebrate the new year, Blizzard will be making all heroes available as free to play characters from January 13th-16th. So if you’ve been waiting to try out a certain champ here’s your chance, for three days any hero will be readily available and eager to do battle!

If you are a fan of Heroes of the Storm or if you are interested in an amazing and fresh MOBA experience, log in to Heroes of the Storm over the weekend and be sure to sample the plethora of heroes and play styles that the various Blizzard characters have to offer. If like us you are a fan of Blizzard and Heroes of the Storm, be sure to check out the latest champion release, and stay tuned to DFTG for the latest updates in the gaming realm!
