New Fallout 76 Mod Adds A Little Flavor From ‘The Office’

Fallout 76

Mods are always a fun way to spice up one’s experience while playing a video game. While Bethesda’s recently released Fallout 76 is without support (for the time being) for outside mods, that certainly hasn’t hindered the community from crafting some rather interesting creations.

The latest mod to pop up for the West Virginia wasteland brings a bit of The Office to the game. Sadly, no staplers will be encased in Jell-O, but fans who choose to implement the mod will get a pretty sweet tune added to the main menu. Anyone who has been following the game since it was announced may know that John Denver’s “Take Me Home, Country Roads” is essentially the theme song for the title.

So, what does this new mod add to the game? It takes the audio of Andy and Dwight singing the hit song during an episode of The Office, and it replaces the main menu music in Fallout 76. If you need a little refresher on what that sounds like, check out the following video:

That will certainly spice things up when reaching the main menu in Fallout 76. To learn more about the mod and how to install it, check out the Nexus page right here. In other modding news, someone created another mod that adds ambient music from the first two Fallout games, and it works pretty well while traversing West Virginia. You can read more about that here.

Fallout 76 is currently available on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. Keep it tuned to Don’t Feed the Gamers as this story develops, and for other gaming goodness going on right now, check out the following:

What say you, gamers? Are you ready to listen to Andy and Dwight sing “Take Me Home, Country Roads” each time you boot up the game?
