Yamcha and Tien Duke it Out in Two New Dragon Ball FighterZ Trailers (VIDEO)

Tokyo Game Show debuted a number of new footage this past weekend, with both expansions on established favorites and new titles being showcased at the event. Bandai Namco also showed off a few new Dragon Ball FighterZ trailers, which show series characters Yamcha and Tien in the throes of martial arts battle. The short clips give a quick peek at each fighter’s moveset, including both of their devastating finishing moves.

Yamcha is first, carrying some considerably limited moves, but offset by his incredible confidence. His character seems pretty well-suited for close-range combos, as well as long-range projectiles via his Spirit Ball attack. The end of the footage shoes Yamcha gearing up for his signature weapon, the Wolf Fang Fist, grinning like a madman. Check it out below.

The second of the FighterZ trailers stars Tien, the wokest of the Z-Fighters, indicated by the third eye in the center of his forehead. The tricloptic warrior is joined by his mime-like pal Chiaotzu, as a companion fighter. Tien looks to have his strengths in power moves designed to drain an opponent’s life bar. Because of this, his hardest hitters appear to have a mild streaming delay, including his ultimate attack the Neo Tri-Beam Cannon. You can check it out below.

With the recent beta over and done with, there seems to be more anticipation than ever for fans to get their hands on Dragon Ball FighterZ. With a promising roster, unique storyline, and the promise of more to come, the arcade-style fighting game could shape up to be one of next year’s biggest games. Dragon Ball FighterZ is scheduled to release on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One sometime in February 2018.

What do you think? Based on these two Dragon Ball FighterZ trailers, who would win in a fight? Tien? Yamcha? Chiaotzu? Let us know in the comments below and be sure to follow Don’t Feed the Gamers on Twitter to be informed of the latest gaming and entertainment news 24 hours a day!
